Personal, employment, criminal, abuse and drivers license BACKGROUND CHECKS are meticulously gathered. Associates must also pass a DRUG SCREEN TEST. Fingerprints are also recorded. A scientific personality test is used to measure honesty, behavior, integrity and problem solving skills.

Educational and training background is carefully reviewed and cross-checked.

Staff is required to maintain continuing education credits.

A Quality Assurance Manager provides IN HOME SUPERVISION AND TRAINING.
